This gentle flowing class focuses on movement & mindset. Bringing the focus inwards for an hour of much deserved you-time. We’ll release tension and build flexibility, strength and calm - for our body and mind.
Modifications available so you have all you need to feel great.

Due to the nature of some of the postures, the class isn’t suitable for pregnant women or those with mobility restrictions.

Built around your specific and unique needs, we’ll practice side by side, guided by me. Private sessions are a perfect way to build your personal practice, learn about each posture at an accelerated rate, and build resilience and courage to address any issues you’re currently facing.
You can build in coaching & accountability work to form a powerful session which will help you feel like a better you faster.
Classes can be held at your home or my home studio.
£45 per private session, or £250 for a 6-session growth programme.
